Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics or a Diploma in Marketing
• 2 - 3 years of experience in Selling / Marketing Industrial Automation Products , Solutions & Services ( Preferably worked on selling PLC's , Drives , SCADA systems , motion control etc from Siemens , Delta , Mitsubishi , Schneider etc )
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media

Responsibilities:

He should be able to conduct insightful market research for identifying the right targeted clients . Should be able to identify Business Leads through all available sources such as networking sites , existing clients , various media etc . Also should be able to effectively follow up for the leads right from receipt of leads to sending proposals & further following up till it gets converted into firm Orders. Some Specific responsibilities as follows 

• Carry out effective market research
• Identify target Clients
• Establish connect with Clients / potential clients , generate leads
• Proposal generation along with technical team
• Following up for proposals with clients till conversion to PO's
• Relationship management with existing clients
